Fundraising

TheO6 has been quite a few years in the making, and we would love it if the project was significantly sustained by donations from the local community, from local community groups, churches, individuals. We would like to thank all those whom have pledged support and donations in the past, and also those whom have supported in other ways.

In 2017 The Project employed a full time youth pastor, Graham Harry, and so as we have very few overheads currently, our main costs are for Office hire at The Station, salary, expenses and thus the ongoing process of the work, through investing in people, Graham and the volunteers whom he supports, trains and encourages to participate in the process of supporting the young people in the community. 

In 2020 we are looking to make the position full-time, to enable Graham to continue to support and develop the youth work in the area and to focus more time on XL-Mentoring. This requires a significant amount of extra money, on top of what we need to maintain the current position.
